• Start medication, including mood stabilizer

• Take a tolerance break from weed (and don’t up alcohol intake to compensate)

-first step before tolerance break: set a time when I’m allowed to smoke (e.g. 7-9)

• Make plans with (friend)

• Start physical activity

• Volunteer

• Look for interesting job, but not serious nor long term

• Look into moving out

• Look into going back to school

• Start building more relationships with people who can help focus me.

• Look into halfway house setup
