I especially have a problem with this election because we don’t even have two choices this time. We should ideally have upwards of five or more legitimate candidates, but this election is “you either vote Democrat or you let Trump destroy America.” I feel like I’m being held hostage.
I don’t believe in the Democratic party. They are corrupt just like the Republicans. The elite democrats benefit from the same exploitive laws and policies as the elite republicans. So I’ve always favored 3rd party candidates. I didn’t care if I didn’t win. I don’t change my values so that I can be on the winning team. But this is different and much more difficult, because I don’t know if America can survive another 4 years of this.
