Not understanding 
Y my precious pet's 
Life saving surgery 
B absurdly expensive 

Growing up means 
Realizing your pet 
Would soon die even 
If you paid for its 
Surgery - and if not 
Life becomes suffering 
So hefty bill really lets 
You make the right choice 
Both fiscally & for Fido 
& less guilt making it 

To be fully grown means 
You finally understanding 
Its crazy cost isn't greed 
Nor cruelty - Price more like 
A backdoor blessing because 
Although it sucks Oh-so much 
Especially when N§ide a moment 
Fully grown means now you know 
Had you been able to afford it 
Wouldn't had made it to true end
