Good cannot be convinced to turn evil, nor can evil be convinced to turn good. A person who switches sides is neither good nor evil, and since every person is able to switch sides, no person is good or evil.
We attribute the title of a “good person” to someone who is inspired by good. We attribute the title of a “bad person” to someone who is corrupted by evil.
However, a person can cease to exist if they see completely enveloped and devoured by either good or evil. At this point, there is no hope to change either. Someone invited into the true realm of goodness is a Saint – something exulted above that of person. They cannot be destroyed, for good would not allow it.
Someone who is devoured by the dark abyss of evil; someone who has lost themself to the point they no longer existing. This person must be and will be destroyed. They cannot be saved from themselves other than by ensuring they cease to exist. A person never truly wants evil, but so many are often seduced and tricked by its half truths and false promises.
It is important to remember: even though we are able to recognize good and evil, we are unable to determine whether or not our equals are good or evil. No person can pass an absolute judgment on another person. Condemning someone to evil, and therefore destruction, is itself an evil act. Any Christian who tells someone with absolute certainty that another will end up in hell will, ironically, find themselves there in the near future.
