Where is our wealth held? 

Of course there's money 
But that's easy 
Time is money, so
That's an easy #2 too
But let's say both banks are barren 

Where else do we hold wealth?

The famous eat for free
But not really 
For fame is also money 
We all have reputation 
Famous ones are just worth more 

Is my wealth my reputation? 

Closest I'll come to fame is a fan 
So I can't afford to sell my soul 
Wait - soul 
They say those without money 
Are wealthy with spirit 

But what's the market value? 

The only spirits I've ever bartered 
Are from the liquor aisle; 
In a way they're similar 
Because souls traded for 
Fire's water and religion's wine

Where's my wealth? 

Wealth held in understanding words 
The Truth is what my self alligns 
Just like intelligent design 
My lines are beyond divine 
God patiently waits to hear mine
Mary & Joseph wasted on Jesus' wine
