Their Virtual Insanity
Nothing real ~ really
Yet - §till - choose
To live a second Life
That's even faker than
A Mortal's finite facade
Turn off the TV & unplug
The ethernet~cable, then
You will see ~ that your
World really be ~ indeed
On fire but not an oh~so
Hellish~Inferno, eternal
Not yet at least; Lucky!
So even though a bucket
Can't put out a virtual
Hellscape, which exists
Only in that bad future
It is able to stop your
House from burning down
So there's somewhere to
Live in the good future
Virtual Mortality
Thinking about how
Most of my writing
Is found only online
My Crazy for all to see
Inside mine Virtual Insanity
No physical Proof other than Me
But, what if, whenever I Am Lost
So too are my words I thought?
Whether real or imaginary
The physical or virtual
No Matter what matter
Makes up your world
What comes must go
What You thought?
Was never known
Just the wind blown
& You feel how oh~so cold
But forget it as you grow old
Until Ü R broken like the mold
That was made & meant to hold
