My hands are a mess
They hurt oh~so bad & feels
Like I broke a bunch of my fingers
So I thought I was getting carpal tunnel
From Me – swiping on my phone – oh~so much
With all of my Poetry flowing out~of~Me
But I only use my right hand so don’t
Quite understand why exactly does
My left ring finger and thumb hurt
And look like I’m from the East side
In addition to the calamitous condition
Of my right hand’s manifestation – Dexter’s
Thumb, index and pinky are all killing Me – and
To tops it off – wrist hurts worse than all 3
Although I do not know what this means
It keeps happening again & again so
My only way for the pain to end
Be for Me to write about them – then
& only then does the pain vanish ⌁ quick
Like the quiche on Christmas Eve dinner party
