Felix The Fixer’s Funny New Face

I found Felix the Fixer forming his funny new face 
Although, I'm not quite certain of what's its race 
'Cause kinda creepy, with Blue skin and a Red nose 
Yellow teeth in front of a Green tongue that glows 
& then finally to wrap up this new face's disguise 
Be piercing, Purple pinwheels, his rhinestone eyes 
Though also sometimes there's a complexion change 
Blue, like Portal, turning into an Orange range 
Such a difference You'd think it was a slider 
In the Elder Scrolls IV's character creator
