Plastic Polymerization Paradox / Green Goblin’s Goggles / Spoiled Silver Sporks

Now! Have you ever really noticed how
Sporks aren’t actually good at being either
Soup spoons or salad forks? More like a corked wine
Especially whenever considering those cheap, plastic kind
Which tastes like byproducts of lipstick made by BIC
& be as sturdy as a stick that’s spaghetti-thick
With short fork tips that break on steak, but
Whose bowl be too shallow to slurp stew, so though
A Cool Intention, in theory: an invention of convenience
A Cruel Manifestation, in practice: a mechanism of frustration

I like to think about the first spork – &
How it (probably) worked pretty well
Since – at least on the surface
Combining 2 utensils into 1
Does make sense & seems
Like it’s a pretty solid idea
Meaning if made in a decent design
Then, the product should work just fine
Though, if flawed – like Law, Money is blind
A Vision often fails when Business tries to scale

Å ñü∿Idea’s Novelty had them sold
Although their Greed deformed my mold
Now, meaning: no matter what they’re told
The Spoiled Silver Spork always goes for Gold
So then, they will claim their new design is bold
Though plastic with pyrite paint conceals tired & old
So, although advertisements sound hot, I feel oh~so cold
Now with nothing but Time to kill –§till– they cannot hold
My attention; meaning no matter Whö mentions: “Behold!”
Just yawn; unlike my Origami Story – I do not fold

Have you ever noticed Sporks

Aren’t really good at being

Either a spoon or a fork?

Especially those cheap plastic ones

That taste like lipstick that’s made by BIC

& sturdy as sticks thick as spaghetti

Whose tips are too short & break

Yet whose bowl is too shallow for soup

In theory – it’s an invention of convenience

Yet, in practice – more a mechanism of frustration

I like to think that the first spork

Probably worked pretty well

Since at least on the surface

Combining 2 utensils into 1

Does make sense  & seems

Like a pretty good idea

So, with a good design

The product should work fine

But flawed like law – money is blind

So vision failed as business tries to scale

Although the idea had them sold

Their greed deformed the mold

And no matter what they’re told

The Silver Spoon always wants Gold

They’ll claim their new design is bold

But plastic & pyrite paint feel tireds & old

So advertisements sound hot, but I feel cold

Have nothing but time to kill, yet they can’t hold

My attention, no matter when mentioned, “Behold!”

Just yawn, unlike my Origami Story – I don’t fold

Darkness blinks when Light shouts, “Behold!”
