Poetry is an expression of self, so you’re right – it is a mess, because so is my life. That poem is a child of circumstance. It’s not meant to appeal to you. It’s meant to capture a moment. writing the way I would a poem. I never saw a point in drawing invisible lines on imaginary sand. It’s not like I’m writing for academia. My goal isn’t to lead you to a clear end.
