Emotional Experiences

The past couple of days

I’ve been going through

Emotional experiences

Feeling a lot of things

Either during the day

Night, or sometimes both

& though they seem significant

In the moment – like I’m finally

Getting over something – then

I forget the feeling, and reset

Forgetting whatever progress

I may have made – not undoing it

Just not feeling the satisfaction of it

So I get down on myself – thinking

That I’m not doing enough – thinking

Too much – just let your self go

& follow the fate of the flow

It’s the only way to know
