Donating today

It’s the first time in a week
Normally I donate twice a week
But I guess I just wasn’t feeling last week
I’ll probably go back to my normal routine again
But I figured I’d mention this change of pattern
Since nothing else really changes in my life

Something else of note today
Is that they took a sample of my blood
Because every 4 months they do extra tests on it
And since it’s the second time they’ve done this
That means I’ve been donating for 8 months
And with this being my 56th donation
I can say I’ve kept up a pretty good pace
Since typically you can only donate 8 times a month
Meaning the most I probably could have done is 64
