Random Thought #23: Jesus’ Tab

I have a different take on the whole “Jesus was sinless” claim. I don’t think Jesus being “sinless” says anything about how Jesus acted. I think it’s more like Jesus acts as the negative definition of Sin. Sin is hard to define, so in order to clarify, God doesn’t define Sin, rather what couldn’t be Sin, i.e. whatever Jesus did was, by definition of Whö He Be, could not be Sin.

So in a sense, if Jesus murdered someone, murder would not be a sin. This doesn’t necessarily mean this opens the gate for murder in all forms, but the Holy Law of this reality would be rewritten in a way that bends around Jesus’ actions in order to keep Him innocent, i.e. sinless.

I don’t think Jesus is the only one to have been born with this “sinless” status. I’m not gonna name names, but it’s one of those things that when you witness one, it’s understood. That’s what it means to be born “divine.” However, Jesus is the most “famous,” in a sense, to have ever been sinless, as he used his blessing to save the world for All Time. He recognized what it meant to be “sinless.” Not that he lost the Free Will to do “bad” things, just that God had promised Him heaven regardless of whatever He did. And so, long story short, he decided to take responsibility for everything that could ever be considered a sin. Jesus was like,

“Hey God, you know all that horrible shit that people have done, are currently doing, and will continue to do for the rest of time that basically guarantees they’ll all go to Hell? Well, that’s all on me. Put it on my tab of infinite Good Will.”

Jesus understood that he shouldn’t abuse his divinity. However, he realized that Love is the only Law that really matters, so chose to Love Himself, as he is not only divine, but fully Human – so whatever any Human could do, so could Jesus. And if Jesus could do it, then theoretically, it’s not a sin.

Long story, short: Jesus is the One & Only Divine Human to objectively prove that God will not give up on the world. I won’t get into the philosophy, but whatever God premises to Noah, Jesus exists to keep God honest.

This thought got scattered over time. Lots of abstract ideas mixed with tangential thoughts. Not everything is in order, but the Truth is hidden in between…
