“Agent of Chaos” is kind of a misnomer. I’m not certain of the philosophy, but something in my gut tells me that Chaos, by definition, cannot have agency. It’s more of an inevitability. Meaning, those characters who act in a way that seem to accelerate our realty towards Chaos from our perspective, in reality, are acting as agents for an entity whose Measure of Order is unrecognizable to both the God & Devil our reality subscribes to.
