Science ironically has a dogmatic aspect to it. There’s an assumption that, if it is observable, it is explainable. Even if we can’t explain it right now with our limited science, there’s faith that, eventually, Humanity will figure it out, even though there’s no proof we will. We just look to the past at all the things we used to not understand, so we assume we’ll eventually understand everything else.
Not that I necessarily disagree, though I admit I Am a man of Faith, so I don’t feel hypocritical claiming something I know I can’t prove. However, that’s because I don’t believe we’re solving the mysteries of the universe all alone. I don’t think Humans can master the universe, but Ü can.
