Random Thought #127: Clint Webb

The problem with representative democracy is that the wise realise only a fool believes he has the vision to decide the future for all, and so that fool is the one who ends up winning, driven by narcissistic desire rather than selfless sacrifice. Unbothered by the ramifications of their actions, so long as those actions are remembered.

There’s more to this thought. Even what’s already written doesn’t really satisfy what I’m trying to convey from my perspective, but whatever…good enough. It’s not like anyone is actually gonna learn anything no matter what I write.
