“Sinners go to Hell”
Is a poor phrasing
In my opinion
Like they’re sent there
As if God has anything to do with
The fact that sinners are in Hell
I think a better way to say it is
“Sinners end up in Hell”
Not because they’re condemned there
Rather, once they reach the end of their life
& have actually run out of time
In an absolute sense
There isn’t even time for punishment
Your time is over
& it’s simply a matter of fact
That the sum of your actions
Brought you to the gates of Hell
There’s nothing after
You don’t even get to experience
Your eternal torture
Hell
