So, my bell rang, so had to post, though let’s whatever
…
It’s funny how Christians get triggered by the phrase, “Happy Holidays!” While atheists get triggered by the phrase, “Thank God!”
Whether you’re a cashier or a surgeon, unless you’re ego is… Nevermind – regardless of the ends of the spectrum, at the end of the day, both say:
“…I just work here…”
What do i mean? I’m gonna focus on the surgeon right now, since I tend to have patience with those… Nevermind
The most honest “thank God” I’ve ever heard is from an atheist surgeon. It’s funny, since a lot of unimpressive people will hear someone experience the ecstasy of receiving the best news possible and then judge them while soaking in their misery. Those people will say:
“Don’t thank God! Thank the man that actually did the work!”
With a self-righteous satisfaction i was unaware existed outside of The Church until much later in Life…
Anyways, those “Armchair Experts” are literally so stupid that…
It doesn’t matter.
What’s important is that the best surgeon of all time is fully aware of just how fast shit can hit the fan. No matter how good you are with a scalpel, sometimes a heart just won’t stop bleeding…
Anyways, if you’re gonna thank the surgeon when things out of his control happen to go right, then don’t blame god when life takes a hard left…
